Tinisha Davis, Office Manager/Administrative Assistant
Tinisha Davis is a dedicated, focused and independently self-motivated office manager. Ms. Davis provides administrative support to the president and vice president of the firm. She maintains appointments, calendars, travel schedules and inter- and intra-office communications. Tinisha help keeps the entire office running smoothly. She is responsible for ordering office equipment and supplies, helps prepare proposals and meeting materials, maintains the company’s billing and invoicing system, and continually updates the firm’s client and contact databases.
Prior to joining Metro, Ms. Davis worked for JPMorgan Chase for over 11 years in the Retail Finance and Compliance Department as a Senior Administrative Assistant. Her main task was to ensuring policies and procedures were followed throughout the day. She moved on to Grant Associates out of Manhattan, NY, which is a workforce development company, as an Office Manager. While maintaining the office and staff, Ms. Davis assisted with daily customer service inquiries, data reports, confidential documents and the City of Newark committee members.
Previously, Ms. Davis served in the US Army for 3 years as a Petroleum Supply Specialist and Awards Clerk in Fort Stewart, Georgia. During her service time she received exceptional Physical Training medals and earned an Honorable Discharge in 2000. Tinisha’s military experience laid the foundation for discipline, structure, and being a team player.
Ms. Davis has extensive experience in computers, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and Outlook. Tinisha is experienced in all phases in office management and operations. She attended Essex County College, in Newark, New Jersey.
