Contest details.

This contest is open to all visitors to the metroco.com site. The promotion begins on September 19, 2011 and ends on October 21, 2011 (“Entry Period”). The Entry Period consists of one prize drawing.

The winner will be chosen at random from all e-mails submitted on the metroco.com web site during the promotional time period.

Only one Internet entry per person and per e-mail address will be accepted. Subsequent entries from the same e-mail address will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. An Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses defines authorized account holder as the person assigned to an e-mail address.

Winner Selection / Random Drawing:  The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 10/28/2011 from among all eligible entries. Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email on or before 11/1/2011.  The winner’s name will be posted after that time on metroco.com.

Prizes: Approximate total retail value: $200.

The contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States 18 years or older. Employees of The Metro Company, LLC and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada, and where prohibited or restricted by law. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal, state and local laws apply.
